    Antworten: If it it water soluble hot cocoa then yes...they should work. If it is milk based cocoa, you may get curdling as some syrups (especially citrus ones) aren't made to work with dairy.

    Antworten: It is recommended to keep refrigerated after use. Or at least keep in somewhere cool.
  • Frage: How do you know it is still good, open and left at room temp (closed) for weeks? Mine now has a white, milky ring on top. Anyone else get this?

    Antworten: We keep ours at room temp too, and have not had this experience, but maybe we have used it up before it happens. Imo, the syrup is quite sweet and it may just be crystallizing, but for $7/bottle, maybe you should buy a new bottle and not risk it, especially at this festive time of year.

    Antworten: Almond roca has a more buttery rum taste. Almond orgeat is sweeter to me - I have had both and I like the orgeat better.
