The holes of the adaptor are one feed and the other one is a return. It has a 1/2-inch NPT line ports. The quality of the product is good, and it looks neat, with no sharp edges. It has been used for a lawn mower application and installed in cars like the 1989 Corvette 350 SBC and Duramax. However, it seems that the product doesn't fit the 1990 454ss.
