Antworten: The Hifime 9018 DAC has been tested and proven to work well with popular headphone models such as Audio Technica ath-m50, Sennheiser hd650, and JH Audio JH-13.
Frage: What operating systems and programs is the Sabre 9018 DAC compatible with?

Antworten: The Sabre 9018 DAC is compatible with all major systems and programs, including Windows, MAC, Linux, iTunes, Spotify, and Android.
Frage: What formats can the Sabre 9018 DAC play?

Antworten: The Sabre 9018 DAC can play various formats, including MP3, AIFF, and FLAC, with a resolution of up to 96kHz/24bit. However, it does not support 196k or 384kHz natively, nor can it play DSD files.
Frage: Does this have problems with usb 3.0?

Antworten: It worked fine on USB 3 in my computer.
Frage: Does this work with nintendo switch usb audio?

Antworten: This DAC runs on USB audio class 1 drivers that seems to be supported by Nintendo switch. We have not tested it.
Frage: Does this version have a red light illuminating the interior of thr 3.5 audio jack?

Antworten: Hi, yes, that is the optical output light. This DAC also have a digital optical output through the same 3.5 audio jack (so can not be used a at the same time as the analog out).
Frage: Can I pair this with an amp?

Antworten: Do you mean headphone amp or speaker power amp?For headphones this drives Audio-Technica ATH-M50x to insane loudness levels. For normal listening levels i turn up the volume at about 10% in the Windows audio panel.So i do not think there is any need for headphone amp, unless you do not own some exotic 600 Ohm headphones.For speaker power amp there should be no issue.Other advice -> Use 24bit instead of 16bit output mode. It will give better signal to noice ratio.
Frage: Would it work with the international version of samsung galaxy S7E? Would it require 3rd party apps in order to work?

Antworten: It should work with the S7 with all default applications, no 3rd party apps required.
Frage: I'm looking for a bigger signal and better sound from my galaxy s5. I want to use it with a stereo, not headphones. Is this what i need?

Antworten: Yes, this DAC also works and sounds great with a stereo. It works with many Android phones, however some recent version of Android has introduced some problems when used with the DAC. Galaxy S7 with Android 6 has some issue (work when phone is put in Airplane mode), we are not sure about status for S5.
