  • Frage: Is this mount made of metal?

    Antworten: Some parts are metal but the ball socket assembly is plastic which is a key component and should have been metal.
  • Frage: Has anyone dealt with sway? Camera sways anytime the wind blows, I am trying to figure out a way to reduce it. The camera is within the weight limit.

    Antworten: It will move a little. I bought the plastic houses for them and that helps stabilize it.
  • Frage: How does this work? I didn't get any instructions and it doesn't seem to work.

    Antworten: Back the thumb screw out and fit on lip of gutter. Then tighten screws. Install camera and adjust.
  • Frage: Description says adjustable. Will the head turn 360?

  • Frage: How much weight can this bracket hold? I plan to use it for an IR light that weighs 1.23 pounds.

    Antworten: This Gutter Mount can hold up to 2 lbs.
  • Frage: Can the ball socket assembly be unscrewed and moved to the top for bottom mount cameras?

    Antworten: The instructions say that this is possible however my screws are too tight to be loosened so I'm at an impasse.
  • Frage: Screws too tight to switch the up and down direction, help!

    Antworten: You may need additional tools or try applying some lubricant to loosen the screws.
