Krylon All Spray Paint Editorial Review
The Krylon Crystal Clear Spray Paint in Matte Clear has received positive reviews from customers. One customer used it for an RC plane, describing it as easy to apply and not affecting colours underneath. Another customer used it for gun stocks and cardboard storage tubes, stating it works well as a hardener and waterproofing spray. However, some difficulties arise when applying the finish if instructions are not followed rigorously, such as shaking the can well, keeping it at least 10 inches away from the object, and applying it in a dry environment with a temperature at least 70F. The matte finish is also praised for not leaving bubbles or haze. One customer used it on a maple guitar headstock, getting a mirror reflection, and another reported it does not negatively affect gold plated metal. However, one customer reported that after several weeks, the finish gets a layer of white dust that needs to be wiped off. This can be inconvenient if the item needs cleaning or disassembly.
