The RuiLing 1PC JF-0730B 12V 1A 5N Push Pull Type Open Frame Solenoid Electromagnet is a well-made product that is suitable for a variety of applications. A customer who uses this product for his escape room attribute the heat it generates to continuous use as its not suggested for that duty. However, it performs well for the intended use. It has a stop nut at one end and flange to hook items, good spacing of the shaft, good length of travel, and mounting threaded holes on the bottom of the metal case making it easy to mount. Although it has some disadvantages such as not suggested for continuous duty, its weak starting pull stalls device but hits spec when close to maximum pull. Overall, this product functions well when used for its intended purpose but may have some limitations when used in other settings.
