These boots made a significant difference to a horse with thin soles who had been shod and ridden barefoot, causing discomfort and rearing. The boots made the horse comfortable and allowed it to be ridden over rocks, creeks, and mud with ease. The boots did not come off once during the ride and kept the feet clean and looking great. Another user with an OTTB found these boots to be a life-saver in case the horse threw a shoe and had to wait a few days for the farrier. The boots stayed in place even at cantering speed and offered durable wear.
