Customers are happy with its size and portability, but heavy-duty use makes it wobbly; the plastic is thin and doesn't do well in heat. Some customers have had issues with the spindles holding the wheels and the handles breaking off, with a few instances of the box cracking. Although the compartments can be locked with a standard padlock, it is not waterproof. The wheels are basic plastic wheels and may not be suitable for heavy weight.
