Antworten: No, they are two reusable packs that can be put in the freezer to ice or in the microwave to heat. They are both individuals, not joined by Velcro, the picture just shows them side by side. -

Antworten: This depends on how hot you want them. I found they stayed warm enough for me for 8 - 10 minutes, but they can be put back in the microwave straight away. I felt they needed 50% longer in the microwave than suggested.
