    Antworten: Hi, I can only tell you that I haven’t experienced the torch being turned on in my pocket but as a rule I normally just carry it in my hand most of the time. Hope this helps.
  • Frage: Is the description accurate does it really stay on turbo for anywhere near 2 hrs before dropping significantly?

    Antworten: I haven't tested this yet but I doubt it would stay on turbo for that long - I think that is probably the theoretical maximum run time at 3500lm from a full battery but actual run time would be governed by heat. Will test it over the weekend. I own several Olight & Sofirn torches and none will run on turbo for that long.

    Antworten: Flashlights aren't the same as they used to be with low output bulbs. On maximum brightness the heat builds up very rapidly and so depending on the light cell used and the build / design of the flashlight the max output will be cut after a few moments thus you do not get maximum output until the battery has depleted unfortunately.

The Sofirn SP36 is a powerful torch with standard USB-C charging, a 21700 battery and an orange peel reflector that gives a wide and floody beam. The torch is described as being a fantastic bit of kit, with plenty of light and great value for money. The power bank feature is impressive and the torch is perfect for winter use, camping, and walking the dog at night. The customer service is excellent, and all questions are quickly answered. However, some customers complain about the battery dying within a few months and that the switch is difficult to find. Additionally, the power button isn't flush with the body, and it's a bulky device.
