MotorPower Care Fuel System 803 Editorial Review
MotorPower Care is a diesel particulate filter (DPF) cleaner that provides an easy and effective solution to remove carbon and soot build-up that clogs the filter and restores fuel efficiency. The product comes in a yellow bottle additive to add to the diesel tank, and a foam cleaner to spray directly on the DPF from the temperature sensor port. The cleaner is safe for all diesel engine vehicles regardless if they equipped with DEF or not. The instructions come with an oil change warning, which means if the oil is dirty, contaminated or used engine flush, an oil change is necessary. A workshop tester, a scanner, is required to restart the regeneration process after using the cleaner in the DPF area. However, in the absence of one, driving on open roads on high RPM for 40 minutes is also recommended. The product is easy to use, and the straw can be inserted into the temperature sensor and spray in and out until the can is empty.
