Fling, a novella in Jana Aston’s Café series, tells the story of Sawyer's assistant Sandra and the CFO Gabe. Both of them have liked each other for a while but never acted on it due to their shyness and overconfidence. The novella is a quick read and has all the ingredients for a great office romance. The characters are well developed, and the story has laughs, steamy scenes, and all-around fun. Overall, the readers enjoyed this short novella and were invested in the story from the previous book. However, some readers wished it were longer and had more to offer in terms of storytelling beyond just erotica.
